Cancellation Policy
Booking & Deposits
All services require a NON‑REFUNDABLE $25 deposit.
Your deposit is credited toward your final service total.
Remaining balances must be paid at your appointment.
Arrival Expectations
Please arrive on time to honor your scheduled service.
A 15‑minute grace period is provided.
A $15 late fee applies after 15 minutes.
At 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Deposits for appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment will not be refunded.
With respect and consideration of our stylists after (2) No‑Call No‑Show appointments, clients will not be permitted to book in the future.
Guest & Child Policy
No extra guests are allowed during appointments.
Children are not permitted unless they are receiving a service.
